I don't think they are, not in this thread anyway. Quite the opposite actually. For example, here's my post #16:
I use a lowly Nutri Bullet and throw in whatever fruit or veggie I want and I consume all of it, nothing is lost. Usually spinach, strawberries, apples or bananas. I'm not a fanatic about it, but I don't eat fruit or veggies so its how I get my daily dose.
Nothing is lost? Does that mean that all the fiber ends up in the juice? There's no pulp or anything else left over? That might be cool... Matt
