I can vouch for that , Our alloy body XK120 has been declined 2 years in a row now. Not sure how a steel body can be accepted before an alloy body. Good job we have other cars to take
We were also turned down twice, and with a car with Walt Hansgen race history. But then we found out how. Happy to have you join us next year if we know early enough. Wow I can't believe I missed this thread. I may have missed it, but what are those blue and white prototype race cars? There's a shot showing the back of one and it looks almost like an open wheel design given the side pods and rear wheels that are almost exposed with a center post rear wing (this shot https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/posts/145658438/ ).
Beautiful Cars and cool thread. Just purchased a 1952 XK for full restoration. Hoping for under 5 year project.

Wow, I'm 6 foot , I love it but needed the peddles cut down for driving with a spare set. I took out the door knob for the side flaps as well when driving. Great drive! Mine will be on the complete show circuit for the next 3 years.....different cat! Amelia, Pebble, Goodwood and the rest. Enjoy GTJOEY1314
