Back for sale. Sheehan had it for sale a few years ago.

The interior looks like a rape dungeon and it is strange the ad says it has 0 track time since the 2011 rebuild when i saw the car at Road America this past summer being raced by its british-sounding owner.

Here it is in the paddock after lapping the track.

Different car. The car in this photo is owned by a German national ( and a good friend) and lives most of the time in Florida.

 

It's the same car. I spoke with the owner at Road America and he sounded much more british than german.

You are right. The guy you talked to is David Hinton, the car preparer. It's owned by a gentleman from Germany. I did confirm it is the car. David, the English guy, just drove it at the 24 (minutes) of Daytona last weekend. They had it there for the Daytona display. I'm surprised it's for sale as well. The guy that owns it rarely sells anything.

Jim has run the car for the owner on a number of occasions. He enjoys driving it a bunch.
