First of all, please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Lutz and I live in Germany actually and am 35 years old. My current job is to write/translate manuals for computer programs.

My first Ferrari I bought 1981 on the East German grey market. It was a 1981' 308 GTBi if I remember right. I still got this one. It is a Matchbox Toy. ;)
I'm a fan of Niki Lauda, Jody Scheckter, Ayrton Senna and Schumi.

On my vacations I do something different than writing boring manuals, I design cars just to recover myself from the wekdays. I need some creative time.

A couple of years ago I did design two cars and a helicopter. These models are a little bit old right now, but I hope that you still would like it.

Here are the attachment pictures of a sportscar which I made in 1999, the helicopter I made in 2000 and the BMW I made in 2002. Unfortunately I didn't design any car in the last two years anymore. I hope I can show you something new soon :)

    Cheers

I really like the 5th pic (the second BMW pic)

Does the BMW design department know your designs ?
If not send your pics to them, maybe you get a more exciting job offered ;)

    Lutz,

That is very nice work. I always like seeing renderings like these. I'm not to familiar with the time and process involved. Maybe you could expand on this (the process not the size....LOL) a little bit.

    Great job.........

    Thanks a lot!
    Thankjs a lot!! :))

I appreciate your compliments. It means a lot to me!
    Thanks again.

Bertus, BMW doesn't know what I'm doing. I'm not sure if they would hire or employ a guy without any design education. I thought about applying many times, but I'm still not sure. I thing have to try it.

Like others have said, BMW should have had you do the new 6 series.

I'd love to see what you can come up with for the 7 and the 5 series. ;)

Thanks LetsJet! Do you mean to expand the picture size? I could edit it to get 640x640pixels. ...or do you want to see details closer? I can send you pictures with 6.400x4.800pixel. Then you can see every srew. ;)
