I guess I got spoiled living in NoVA for many years. Several dealers and indies in the area could do an oil change with no problem.

I had one Huntsville Jaguar dealer that assured me that they could do the oil service, but he jacked me around for a couple of months saying he had to order parts, parts on backorder, etc. It's an 02 Spyder and is overdue. Any help would be appreciated.

Ok I have to ask, so what makes it difficult? Oil, filter, washer, access?

If I wasn't so far away from you (Columbus / Phenix City area) I would be happy to do the oil change for you. I've owned and worked on a few Ferraris and a Maserati on the past, and miss them dearly! It's a great source of satisfaction and accomplishment to work on an Italian exotic. Changing the oil in your Maserati is not a bad job to do. You can order an oil change kit from a reputable source and do the job at home.

Since relocating from the North down here, I've only seen 1 Italian exotic in several months. Lots of vettes, mustangs, and other interesting cars....but come on...where are those fine Italian machines? There is a new Lambo Aventador in town - saw it on a Sunday drive a few weeks ago....what a shock! Awesome....

Thanks for the comments. I would do it myself, but I've been told if you don't know what you're doing with a dry sump engine, you could screw things up. I'll probably try and go to Ferrari of Atlanta over the holidays. When I lived in Mississippi, I used to have my Ferrari trucked there.
