    Define decent :)

    I drove past this place the other day and its still there. Didn't know they have a Go Kart track and from the looks of their website
    it probably doesn't qualify as decent unless your son is young.

    Some guy was building a track on the road that leads to Sanibel that might have been pretty
    good but I don't think he ever completed it.

    About 25 years ago there used to be a killer little track in East Naples and every Sunday after a day at the beach we would get
    some dinner and hit the Go Kart track. Our group alone kept that place in business. Eventually it was torn down to make room for a WalMart or something :(

    he's nearly 14 and same size as me, and he is a good driver, nearly went to be on a swiss team but the time commitment was too much. so am looking for a good track.

    i had heard of that guy building a good track and was kind of hoping he had finished it and one of you would tell me all about it !! but alas that seems to have died with the economy...

    Race complex in Ft Meyers is the only proper kart track in that area.

    Part of the exotic car show at Celebration mid-April is race time in Daytona on the road course, Thursday and Friday before the Saturday show. Does anyone know what the schedule is for Daytona?
