Al, how about wadding some paper towels between the heads & wiring harness/h2o hoses (w/engine cold) & run it just a short period so you're not dealing w/all the heat. Unless I'm missing something, the cam cover & the round cover plate seem to be the suspects here. Bruce

I now have a solution to my oil lead at the rear of the driver side cylinder head (LHD)...... It is on it's way to Tim Stanford in Ft. Lauderdale for a new head gasket!

The car has already arrived at Tim's and they have verified that the oil leak is at the rear of the cyl head and they are in the process of changing the head gasket.

Do you think the truck was large enough?

These cars look great even when they're not running, it deserves a big truck.

The bigger the better... I had to wait until they scheduled enough cars going that way so I wasn't hit with the fuel costs all by myself. It wasn't until after he started driving away that I had the thought about why I was sending it to Tim... it was leaking oil! I wonder what they parked underneath it? *<:0)

You should have read the manual. That oil is part of the IRPS system.

    Italian Rust Prevention System :)

    Good luck with it.
