    If I recall correctly, you need to lift the lever up and remove the screw which is located directly below it. Once you have it free, you'll need to remove the cable from the lever as well.

    I did this and replaced with Myricambi door handles as you have. FYI, I did have fitment issues with 2 sets they sent me. Also, for the last set, the hole for the bowden cable is too far forward and does not allow for slack. As a result, the door does not lock when actuated.

    Removal of door handles is not too difficult. You do have to lift the handle to reveal a screw. The screws on my handles were extremely tight, so just be aware so you do not strip them. Here are some instructions from the MACarbon site. I have their door handles on my F430 and think the quality is better. Note that I did not disconnect my battery when installing both.
