    Hello Everyone,
I am hoping there is another user out there who possible has this pedal or has a ABS Bosch pedal box sitting there that can help me out. I have been trying to find the parts to convert my 99 to manual and I just about have everything except this damn pedal lol. So here is some options I am happy to offer.

    1. If someone can send me the pedal or box complete(I'll remove it to make copy), I will gladly give them a healthy deposit it hold in escrow while I have it. I will have a copy made for myself and an extra copy made to send back to you with your original just for the inconvenience of having to send me the part. I'll pay for shipping both ways ofcourse also.

    2. Im willing to pay a premium for it if you just want to sell it also. Just DM me a price and hopefully we can put something together. retail list was originally $650 or so and there is just no more stock left :-( Im willing to pay a premium over that to get one.

and just incase you possibly have it and worried about sending it to some stranger, here is some details on myself. I am the Ferrari Club of America LI Chapter President here in NY. I am sure without hesitation there is plenty of my great member pool on here that would vouch for me and put any of your fears at ease.

My Birthday is in a couple days, and 25 of the members have been plotting and working together with the help of one member John Li to help get me this pedal as a gift. They have even gotten to the point that they have a car in a local shop for a major that the owner agreed to let the shop take the pedal out to fabricate a copy but I am trying to avoid them all chipping in for the cost of labor to remove the whole pedal box from this car if someone possibly has one on a shelf I can use instead. I love that they are willing to do this for me but also would rather them not spend so much on me in labor if that makes sense.

So any help would be appreciated. It just needs to be the clutch pedal from a 98-99 Bosch ABS car and LHD.

    Thank you in advance.

    John

@JRD-DE & @Targatime I've been reading your awesome F1 to Manual conversion posts. Any help would be appreciated for @LotusS4. Do you have a 3D file for the clutch pedal arm? Maybe we can mill that at a machine shop and weld it on the tube...I guess it's the hybrid solution as getting the 348 pedal box.

Attached are the dxf files you'd need to have one cut from steel (3mm and 6mm parts as per....)

I think i paid about 110 euro to have 5 sets laser cut. The welding is very easy (i managed it).

I ordered a 30x3mm 500mm long piece of tube from ebay, but havent actually got around to making some pedals as i need to remove my old one to do so. You'll need a "gelenklager" no idea english name - size GE8 DO/ES 8x16x8 and a couple of ptfe/steel bearings to make sure the pedal rotates nicely on the shaft

"Gelenklager" is the spherical bearing that goes inside the clutch MC actuator arm.

These are great files but they're missing two things, 1) the return spring tab (super simple) and 2) the most complicated part of the assembly, the pedal stop.

The return spring tab is the piece on the side of the pedal plate where I combined it into "little bits" On the other side I just drilled through the end of an allen bolt.

For the pedal stop, I just bought the rubber headed screw things from ferrari (terrible quality) and manufactured everything in position by eye for the end stops. I used some 25mm square section to get a couple of L shaped pieces and welded them in place.

Something which i found useful was to 3D print the "jig" part here which helped to get the pedal angle about right

Ive attached the 3d files, would be great if someone could finish them with the end stop

Hey gents, did anything ever happen with this.

My car is off the road for winter and I want to improve this as my clutch pedal is squeeking like hell at the moment, so needs disassembly anyway!

    Thanks

Joe is there anyway you can upload the entire 3d model you have of the clutch pedal so i can take measurements for where you placed all of the parts on the tubing and make some other jigs for welding?

Excellent. I have made some models of the clutch stop brackets too. Once tested I will upload the final design for all.
