Been really working out the last few months but feel that my love handles will never go away completely.

New laser treatment called ilipo out there and heavily advertised that supposedly breaks down fat cells through the laser pads placed on the fat. No surgery. Sounds and probably is too good to be true but if it works even to a small degree may be worth it.

All the info comes from shills who sell the service. Can't find any real testimonials good or bad.

Anyone know if this procedure works?

It's called cool sculpting here. Freezes the fat and your body eliminates it over a 2-3 month period.

I think the coolsculpt is similar but different. It vacuums the fat into a suction cup and freezes it and supposedly makes the cells shrink over a period of months. The ilipo is a laser that goes up to 9mm deep and breaks the fat cells down.

Neither are for heavy people but instead to dissolve or reduce small stubborn fatty areas like the love handles.

Just so many people advertising it and so few people making testimonials about it.

You can't spot reduce fat... the only way to lose them is to lose weight. Exercise will not get you there - only diet will.

It works. A friend of my wife had it done to get rid of that stubborn fat above the bikini line.
