    I play guitar well enough to look good playing live but I would love to be able to play like poppa chubby. I love his style, sound and seemingly effortless scrolling. I mean he absolutely shreds a guitar while looking like he is washing the dishes.

    Joe Morello...drummer for Dave Brubeck. Simply amazing. Saw him in person when l was in high school.

    Take Five was in 5/4 time. Try as l might l always would slip into 4/4. Sigh.

    Then there was Unsquare Dance in 7/4 time. Impossible.

    I also play the banjo. Bela Fleck is the very best.

    I don't play at all but if I could it would either be drums like Josh Freese or guitar as either the aforementioned Buckethead or John 5.

    I play a 1971 Guild 12 String Acoustic, so it would be Leo Kottke for me.

    He said his voice sounds like geese farts on a muggy day. Great comment.

    Well, I also like what Ritchie Blackmore did in Hush, what Robin Guthrie did with Cocteau Twins ( like in Violaine or Pur among many others ), what Dave Davies did in All Day and All of the Night ...
