Mark, I cannot thank you enough. Seriously.

This car has a very unique history and I cannot wait for the original owner (uncle in Switzerland) to see this. If we get it you will be the first to know.

    Mark, you are the man.

My wife’s uncle had it the first 5 or 6 years. This car is rare as it should have been no. 4 of the 4.7 (they only using even numbers for the 4.7 I am told) and very few had the original square corners on the front pop up lights. There is a cool backstory on it too anyway, we contacted that dealer that had it and we will see.

    Thanks for finding it.

    Hello Mirek,

I think many people would be happy if you would share your past and futured story with us.
I also saw this vehicle in person at the Techno Classica at the Gallery Aaldering exhibition place in Essen (Germany).
I wondered about the very large side markers, the huge exterior mirror and the unusual green.
It is very nice to see the pictures of the original car condition now.

And Mirek, do you have maybe your roots in Eastern Europe ?

    Kind regards

    Zdenek :)

Gotta track this white SWB 250 this down too !
I cannot get into the Mazzi story too far for a lot of crazy reasons that could cause me trouble. One day. They needed cash at that time real bad. Real bad.

This one you should discuss in the proper forum, the Ferrari vintage section, not here. You will find a lot of expertise there.

Interesting that 006 in the photo has a later vented bonnet. I wonder if it has a modified ‘frunk’as well and will it be back to unvented post resto?
Was there a combination of vented bonnet and rear hinging? Otherwise the conversion must have involved some bodywork
    modification.
    Best to all.

I'm going to guess that someone(?) fitted that bonnet,as you call it, to that car. I'm not aware of any rear hinged lids with the vents in them but who knows. I have heard of rear lids blowing open which I think is why they went to that design.
It's even worse when the rear hatch blows open. I know of one.

That photo is not of a fully assembled car so it's hard to say what's on the car now.

Radiator airflow and cooling system in general is not a strength of design for the Bora.

    Bob,
Mine and Peter Perry Sr's Boras are both 1975 US spec - and have vented, rear-hinged front hoods. Peter sold his to a European buyer in 2013.
