    UPS would work, but a local trucking company wouldn't be as expensive. A friend of mine shipped an ATV from Canada to Ohio and back like that. Called a couple trucking companies, and they left some room for the quad.
    I think you'll have to make a box for it no matter what...

    Ryan,

    Go over to FoH and tell them you would like one of the crates one of their Vespas came in. They are usually just broken down and thrown away. You will need to remove the mirrors to make it it but that is easy. There are a number of freight companies that will deliver cross country. Ask them who they use when they ship out of town. We used a company that would deliver 300 miles for about $150. NOt bad since it was going along with a lot of other stuff and it help offset the price. UPS would do it but would be very expensive comparatively.......
