nice guide for photos, but what about video(s)?

Even a short video walk around, and most importantly starting the car, turning on radio, windows, short drive etc is something I very rarely see but when I did one for my Honda CRX it garnered a lot of positive comments (even if the best offer didn't reach what the car was worth to me :) )

Is this for real? Post pictures from several angles? Vacuum the interior? Don't list your number?

Thanks for that RiteDrive. Should I log in to get the real tips on how to sell a car?

Yes, please sign up to be a RiteDrive member in order to get the real tips (along with the real prices).

You can also get the real phone number once you do that, as well.

And perhaps, even the real photographs! Not sure on that one.

    HEY!!! Wait just one minute.

I just realized I'm maybe 45 minutes or so from Rite Drive!!! Oh, never mind. I'm 45 minutes from Nick G, but I don't appear to be 45 minutes from a "Rite Drive" dealer.

I just don't get this business model, maybe Nick can explain what it is Rite Drive provides?

Sure, we have 244 active luxury and exotic car dealers and over 1200 private party individuals that buy, sell, and trade luxury and exotic cars with in the community. Dealers and private party members post both vehicle requests and cars for sale.

The edge, our dealers will mark their aged inventory for wholesale in efforts to move these units and establish a relationship with a member. Our MEMBERS (both private party and dealers) can shop these units and obtain a better deal than any other portal site like cars.com, ebay, and autotrader.

To sum it up, like Costco for luxury and exotic cars. Dealers pay a monthly fee and private party members are free for now. All members are verified before approval. If a private party would like to post a car for sale, they pay 89.00 and get the high net-worth exposure of our members and the general public. Private party listing usually appear 1st on google searched with in 48 hours.

Please let me know if you have any other questions as I appreciate your interest.

    Nick.

So you don't have a showroom? OR do you? I'm just asking because I'm annoyingly curious.

I get the referral, and the discount, but it's a dealer network, a co-op of sorts. Don't all the players have to be on even ground? Have a bricks and sticks location with cars?

What you are doing makes more sense now.
I wish there was a way you could have shared this with everyone earlier.

Maybe put a second link in your signature line called "The RiteDrive business model explained." and link to a web page that explains it.

I just scanned through several of the convertibles categories that we a looking for and have noticed that the majority of ads are no longer listing a "wholesale" price as they did originally.
There is now only posting the original "asking"price" or "contact dealer.'

Kind of defeats the entire purpose for a buyers perspective, same ads as Ebay,Cars.com,auto trader...

Which car are you interested in? We just did an update as all listing showed log in for wholesale. Now only the listings that have wholesale prices for members will show log in for wholesale. We are more than happy to contact the dealer for you and work a deal if you'd like help. We have a strong relationship with our dealers.
    Thanks

The update must not have worked. I just logged in again and very few (almost none) have wholesale prices for
Bentley Continental Convertibles and Maserati GT Convertibles, they only have "asking price" or "contact dealer".

Hmm, can you send me a link so I can investigate? I've looked into this and the wholesale cars are correct

    Thanks Nick,
Please don't misconstrue this as it is entirely possible I did not understand correctly how your website worked.
I was under the impression that as an individual buyer who joined was that when I logged I would see the asking prices but below the asking price would also be a "wholesale price".
This wholesale price was a no haggle wholesale price . I thought your website was to bring together legitimate buyers and dealers with inventory that the dealers had held for 60 days and wanted to move quickly.

I just logged and looked at the 16 Maser GT convertibles. All had a "asking price" that anyone can see but only 3 of the 16 have a "wholesale price".

My understanding is that only vehicles that are available at a special wholesale price will have "wholesale" listed. All cars are not necessarily wholesale marked and are "regular" sales - maybe I am wrong...?

ar4me You are correct. 90 Day aged units are the ones to make offers on as the seller is more likely to discount although they may not have posted a wholesale price yet.
