I want to remove the Ferrari badge from the engine cover of my 360M for detail cleaning but am not sure how it is fixed to the car. I believe that these badges are the same for many tipos. I presume there are a couple of pins which protude from the badge and slot into pre-drilled holes on the cover. If so, can you tell me where these pins are and the best way to remove the badge without damaging it or the paintwork. Thanks in advance.

I would use a soft toothbrush and not remove it IMVHO.

Since you are in the UK, I would us a left handed toothbrush. :D

There are 3 very small circular spring clips that hold it in place. It tales a special tool to unload those goofy umbrella cone shaped things. Take it to a local high end body shop and see if they are able to help you out.

Don't futz with the emblem... work the clips off from underneath. The little doo-dads (p/n 60324506) and grab the post as they're inserted. They're cheap, don't worry about destroying them as you remove the emblem (you will)
