My '83 308 GTSI won't start. Where and how can I check fuel pressure? Is there a Schrader valve somewhere? I'll check the fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump relay, and the fuel pump. It gets spark. Thanks.

Even before measuring it with a pressure gauge, you can remove the fuel pump relay and connect a jumper wire from the female 30 terminal in the relay socket to the female 87 terminal in the relay socket (key "off"):

You should audibly hear the fuel pump run. If you don't hear it running, you've got to fix that before worrying about what the fuel pressure is. If you do hear it run with the jumper, just try starting the engine with the jumper in place.

Another point is that the ...101 "start injector relay" (or something like that) controls the ...113 fuel pump relay so just try another ...101 relay (like maybe from a headlight function) in the start injector relay position as a test (if the fuel pump and engine does run with that jumper in place and after putting the fuel pump relay back in).
