    I am trying to find out the price to redo a dashboard on a 550 ! Who in the tri state area can do that ? Thanks

    Robert, please fill out your profile a bit more, or give your location. Many of us have no idea what tri state area means.

    Where I grew up, the tristate area was Iowa, Missouri & Illinois, but I'm guessing that's not where you're referring to :)

    I had mine redone at Cook's Upholstery in Redwood City CA

    California prices are always a bit higher, especially in Northern California near San Francisco.

    I paid $3,400 and included removing and putting back the dash. Ferrari of Silicon Valley recommended them for removal of dash, recovering and reinstall. I feel that is quite a commentary as a dealer alone can charge up to 2,500 to remove and reinstall (not including the dash repair itself.) Basically, that is where they send their service cars for dash repair.

    I know he receives work from all over the US

    Cooks regularly has cars in Carmel at the shows.

    In general, I would expect to spend around $5,000.

    NY tristate area- I did my 456M dash at Classic Coach in Elizabeth NJ- They are the oldest authorized restoration/repair facility in the country. You will GAWK at what goes on under their roof

    Gorgeous work and it cost me about 3 grand

    Friend of mine had his 355 repaired at Classic Coach after an unfortunate accident (he is fine thankfully) and the body work they did was outstanding. Only place his insurer would allow him to have his car fixed. He too said it was a great shop to visit.
