The flat black or colored ones, not an advertisement print. How much does that run?

Take a look at FLX Paint wrap, it's real paint (base coat, clear coat). I received a sample pack from them, cool stuff.

What is the expected lifespan of this stuff? I would be pretty upset with my $3K wrap job if it only lasted a year or so.

I believe it's 5 + yrs. Give them a call 918-28-32938 they'll send you samples, remember this is real auto paint on vinyl, this is what I like about is stuff. You can buff it and wax it also.

Probably works well for most surfaces, but I wonder how impossible it would be to apply to my Mondial cheese graters?

Not that I would ever do that to a Ferrari.....but the MG on the other hand, we may be on to something! Would sure save me a lot of time in the paint booth. I wonder if they have a nice BRG? And as tiny as it is I might could get by with the "sample kit"!

I don't know if it is the same product, but I have seen several boats on the lake here that have been wrapped, some in crazy graphics and some solid colors. I have seen some fairly old (15-20 yr) boats whose old gelcoats were beyond help that now look new.

What would be interesting would be to color match all the black trim (which was especially excessive on coupes).
