You definitely weren't kidding! I believe I spotted you at Oxmoor Mall last night. Nice to see a car as beautiful as your SLS get a little dirty. Glad to see it's being enjoyed and driven as it should be despite these conditions that we've been having for the past month! Image Unavailable, Please Login
What an improvement!!! I love it! The Gotti wheels are nice but the new ones just look so much better. Great choice.
...5" snow and about 1/2" ice here... Looks like my Ferrari will never see the outside of my garage. Oh well, there's hope. They're coming to pick her up for service next week while I go on vacation. Hoping that she'll be able to hit the road shortly after I return. On a side note, my M5 handled this snow/ice storm crap with poise and confidence. LORD, PLEASE SAVE THE REAR WHEEL DRIVE CARS!!!!!!
Hope you all were able to stretch your cars' legs likeI did this weekend. Felt like the first day of spring! Too bad its back down to 20 degrees mid week!
Sure did! Took both Ferraris out Saturday avoiding the puddles. My last drive was 38 days ago. I try not to let them set for more than 4 weeks.
Took the Ferrari out for a joyride for the first time in about 3+ months on Saturday It was 70° here in Louisville so it was great weather to throw the top down. Too bad that weather left as quick as it came. And apparently it'll be gone for a while. Oh well... Back into the garage she goes. Image Unavailable, Please Login
My 360 Spider just finished up a major service including belts and tensioners. I'm also having a new set of Bridgestone Potenza S-02A's installed this week. I can't wait to get her back - hopefully Friday. I can't wait EVEN MORE to get her out on the road!!!!! This winter is SOOOOO LOOOOOONNNNG. ...considering a move to San Diego because, well, this winter has sorta broken me and my wife.
2 more inches of snow on the ground (and a thin layer of ice as well) for me! When will it ever end? Solidarity brothers!
I pulled my car OUT of winter storage today and hit the road for a few miles. It's good to have her back at the ready. I just hope the salt gets washed away soon, and the temps get high enough to drop the top! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Beautiful! Congrats on getting her back. Dropped the top and drove tonight and will do the same again in the morning. 50 degrees is plenty warm for the top down.
Wow Rick, you guys git us a hit a lot worse than us down South! It's just now starting to freezing-rain / drizzle a little bit here. I hope it doesn't get much worse. It's gonna get cold, but precip is supposed to be short for us. Stay safe gents!
Mitchell, That is what I said the last time! We just got ~ 6 inches here. Rick, As always I admire your bravery!
I have decided to start prepping my car for summer starting tomorrow. The roads are clear, so the least I could do is an oil change and valve adjustment, maybe a quick 30-40 minute drive. I'm itching to get out there in a FUN car.
