So I started fixing my sticky buttons.

it’s a bit is a laborious job as you have to be very patient when removing the sticky paint to. It damage the underlying paint and logos.

once done I used Mr Hobby Premium Top Coat
- Flat.

I’m not sure how durable it is or how long it will last but the end result is brilliant. For what was a few hours work and a couple bucks for some cans of clear coat.

I’ll eventually have them properly refinished - it’s going into summer here now so come winter I’ll remover them again and send them to be properly done. Unless this fix lasts in which case bonus.
