http://www.esanbock.com/wordpress/?p=1 I finally got around to making a how-to on re-doing the headliner on my 360. I included links to the products and tools that I used as well. I have a cloth headliner and I managed to re-use the original cloth lining so that it stays original. One thing to keep in mind is that the thickness of the Dynamat products that I used might only work with cloth and not leather headliners. Your mileage may vary. I'm really happy with the final results and this will probably last longer than the factory work. The how-to is very photo-heavy so I split it into 2 parts: removing the old headliner and foam, and building the new headliner. Hopefully this helps the next person out.
Nice write up. Did this last year, used JoAnn Fabrics headliner for foam and re-used the original leather headliner. Cost me 20 bucks and some cuss words.
Related to the foam, are you thinking they used 3/8 thickness or 1/2 inch foam between the fiber board and the leather headliner?
Amazingly, I had a crash of the site just as you were trying to access this. I brought it back from the dead. I used the 0.067" dynafoam: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00020CAVA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I should say that I don't have a leather headliner so I don't know what the answer is there. In my case I have a cloth headliner, but results ended up pretty good.
