    I set up a studio in my new office building so we can take staff and client photos. I was with the photographer yesterday being the model dummy for setting up the backdrops, lighting, angles, etc.

    I asked to see some of the shots and she said, "I have to warn you that seeing an raw photo of yourself at 100% can freak you out".

    Boy she wasn't kidding, you could see every (hundreds) imperfection, line, wrinkle, etc. I looked gross!

    Zooming out and allot of touch up, filtering, etc made me look somewhat human.

    If you ever want to be humbled, do this.

    yes - thankfully our own eyes cant see as well as a camera.

    Depends on the lighting. Soft light is much less dramatic, and much more realistic.

    Yes, the new high-resolution mega-pixel digital cameras really capture every detail.

    I think the only thing even more humbling is to see a video of yourself giving a speech or a presentation.
    That, is truly cringe-worthy!
