    I remember with emotion my father (now deceased) having his F40 delivered from Switzerland to our house near Montpellier. What a visual shock!

    I can understand that. I still remember going with my father to pick up his first Ferrari (a Mondial QV) in 1984 at the Pozzi location on Gouvillon St Cyr.
