If you had to make Gran turismo better, how would you? I'd love to incorporate older cars and more European sports cars as well as lots of Modern and classic American cars. Boost damage and visual effects. Maybe allow us to buy engines to swap. Monthly car packs. And the big one, better sound!!
Honestly, if they just fixed the damn controls (shifter) and released some new cars every so often, I'd be perfectly happy with it.
- Less Japanese cars and less crappy cars. Who wants to do a championship driving a Yaris?? - Much more Real World Tracks (Old Spa, Road America, Magny Cours, Interlagos..) - Real Paintshop a la Forza - Bring back the race conversions (Full Body Kits) - Much more aft wheels and please the really nice ones. More BBS, ADV1, HRE etc.. - REAL CAR SOUND That would be a great start. If they get it right and continue to update it with DLC every Month or so, then i will buy it again.
I'd be happier with more DLC cars & tracks, the online PSN contests are fine & can be a bit of a challenge but not much of a fan of the drifting trials.
Besides more premium cars and more tracks I've still yet to put my finger on what GT5 is missing. I haven't had a PS3 since GT5 came out but I played it last month at friends house with a G27 and a playseat and it's just missing something, I love the physics but Forza is just so much more fun.
real tire screech noise, real engine sounds, not phase shifting vacuum cleaners, and one-sound = every collision... paint shop for custom liveries... heck, mack a computer --> upload for easier/better results more world circuits. Design-a-circuit = to that of the custom jobs done by enthusiasts in the race sim wold... d/l custom circuits. FFB brakes and rear grip (some type of tactile feedback!) limit to 20 versions of Nissan GTR's LOL no hand-me-down GT2, GT3, GT4, GTPSP car models.
Agree with the thoughts above. Some of the cars i would like to see Are: Porsches - 917, 908, 956/962, 904, 997, GT3, gt3 4.0, RS 2.7 & 2.8 rsr, 991, cayman, rs 60 Ferrari 312pb, CS, Swb, 312 Lotus 49, 25 Mercedes w125, 300 slr ulhenhaut Autounion type c Bugatti type 51 Bentley speed 6
.Ignition, setting parking brake, and clutch would also be cool. Id be fine with 100 ultra detailed cars than 100 unique ones along with 800 GTRs, yariss and 3000gts.
