    I have heard about the wrap trapping moisture, but since the exhaust temps are so high, I don't see how that could happen, seems the high temp would boil any moisture off. ??

    Jurgen- if you make the undertray, can you take some measurements of your finished product? I would like to make one too, and a drawing with dimensions would be a great way to start.

    Will do. I have a naked subframe at the moment and will see how/what/where the undertray will need to fit to cover the most effective.
