Tickets and accommodation booked, now I'm looking for Ferrari related places to visit on our trip from Folkestone (Eurotunnel) to Goodwood. I only know Kent High Performance cars.

    TIA

Anyone else having trouble getting their ordered tickets delivered?

I ordered tickets in January and some additional ones in March.

On April 22nd I got a message from Royal Mail that the tickets were on their way. Then they and/or Dutch customs made a mess of it (claiming that there was something wrong with the address) and in the end the tickets were returned to sender.

Goodwood then asked if I had an alternative address in the UK or if I would be able to cancel the order and make a new order for pick up at the event.
I wasn´t happy about both options so asked to send the tickets again. They finally arrived yesterday, so almost two months later from the initial dispatch.

Now it turned out that these were only the tickets I ordered in January. So I asked Goodwood why they didn't use combined shipping for my orders. Not because of the costs (I already paid separate shipping costs for both orders) but because of convenience. And for some reason I also have to pay customs for a letter that is delivered in my mail box...(revenge for Brexit?)

Goodwood replied that it wasn´t feasible to combine shipping due to the huge amount of orders they have to process. Fair enough. They also said that the additional order was shipped out at the end of May.
Sure enough the messages I got from Royal Mail were about two tracking numbers and as with the first one, the second one has now also been returned to sender...!

Luckily the event is in September. I sure hope there's sufficient time to get the remaining tickets.

    It's not Brexit: it's Chaosexit.

More UK problems since that idiotic idea than I can shake a stick at. FYI I don't pay UK customs mail taxes, they will invoice you a few times and then they give up because even they know it's nonsense.

I'm a member there, and their mailing system is abysmal. its really stone age. I dont know if they are cheap or just disorganized. in this day and age they should be able to send you an E ticket and be done with it. ... However the event is amazing so have fun.

I’ve never had trouble getting tickets from Goodwood except one year they arrived just a day or two before we left from the US. I made arrangements for a backup set to be available on site if needed. Other than that, no problems going back to 2002.

To be fair this is the first time since 1999 that I've encountered problems.

The tickets have been returned to Goodwood by Royal Mail and/or Dutch customs once again!
I already suggested to use another postal service but Goodwood says Royal Mail is their only supplier. They suggested to cancel the order and place a new one and choose the option for collecting the tickets on site. But tickets for Saturday are already sold out. Have asked Goodwood for a solution.

Are you a GRRC member? If so, you might ask someone in their office to assist you.

Only a few days left. The entry list is still not published. Wonder what holds them up. A few days ago the weather forecast was great, but all of a sudden showers are expected, especially on Friday. Could get tricky on the track.

Today the entry list has been published. I've filtered the Ferraris (and a few Porsches) out and put them in an Excel. Chassis numbers are educated guesses.

The Barber 158 is s/n 0006. Does the recreation have a number?
