I don't know that I can carry that big a sack of these nearly worthless US Dollars, but if I make it, I'll certainly buy the first round!

    Well that's a result...
Here's hoping for a bit of nice weather (England does occasionally have sunshine) and a cracking trip... enjoy.

have stayed there for the revival before - wouldn't recommend it necessarily - don't waste your money eating there for sure. still - clean (expensive) place to sleep after a very tiring day. i remember it being noisy because of numerous wedding parties. good luck.

I have tended to go to the Revival after many FOS years, seems to me that FOS is a bit more glitzy and a bit less racing but still one of the greatest places to get close upto some real exotica

If you want to see cars "in action" a grandstand ticket is worthwhile otherwise due to loads of safety measures you only see "crash hats whizzing along the top of straw bales" from many parts of the hill.

Also, if you want a good restaurant on Saturday night, book it now.
Seems like anywhere within 15m of Chichester gets bombed out.

Depends on what you are looking for. Friday is cheaper and there are less (but still an awful lot of) people there, but sometimes the major stars (and star cars) are not there until the Saturday/ Sunday. Not all of the Ferrari F1's were there on the Friday last year.
