    I doubt there will be snow in Beverly Hills ;)

    That's a hell of a drive from CO, my butt would be awful sore I think. You could always take the southern route though NM though if there was a storm looming.

    Just got back from a trip to Cali (Audi S4) with a stop on the way out in Vegas...about 10 hours from Aspen. Boring but easy drive. then 4-5 hours to S Cal depending on traffic. Would be fun to see how the 458 performs at sea level vs 8k ft high.

    Being retired I could time the trip going and coming to avoid snow/ice. Or I could just get an FF. Anyone know where I could borrow one? LOL

    Phil. I'm really thinking of doing this. Caravaning together would be great. I need to check the details and see how difficult it is to get a hotel. I don't need four star accommodations. The most expensive cost would be gas. :)
