How is the new Zilla Horse? I told a friend about it and he got all excited and asked me to ask you what it's like.
Sorry Pap, meant to reply. It rides better, goes faster, sounds better, and is a bit more refined than my first one (this is a MY15, it was a MY09) I have been daily driving it since I bought it and am really enjoying it, and have done over 5,000 k's with the Gentleman's Alpine Drive. Image Unavailable, Please Login Sorry Horsey, but you aint goin' on the GG this year!
I've been in it, it's a stunning car. I'd have one all day long, for the same money as an old man's Bentley
He's a paradox....he also likes a 575, which is for old men. That's why I love him....he's unpredictable and eclectic
the amazing thing is that he gets the car thoroughly filthy and STILL manages to bring it back to 100 point condition.
It's not amazing at all.....Horse is anal (likes anal) about looking after it and washes it down after every drive of that type. He taught me to do it, and he was right in that if you do it yearly, it's quite easy to maintain.
That's great, but I don't have much interest in washing cars etc. But I know the method to his madness, makes it A LOT easier each time he washes the car etc to keep it looking pristine.

So this brings up another question - once all the serious concours cars have collected their Platinum awards, what happens then? Will there just be a single 'best in show' award? Assuming all are kept up to standard, there will be by definition only a max of 5 points between them. If a car that's already been given Platinum (or other) falls back in some way, does the Platinum rating get removed from the car's history?
