    Interesting.
Bank 1-4 ECU looks for a falling voltage (from 5v) as throttle opens.
Bank 5-8 ECU looks for a rising voltage.
Why TF would they do that??

It's to prevent collapsing field eddy currents causing asymptotic feedback leading to non-parastable hysteresis looping. How are dem mojitos?

Because Luigi wasn't looking on the same page as Gino.
As for the missing nuts & bolts. My experience with the GT4 is if you tighten them tight they effing strip or snap and if you don't some will fall out.

I just spoke to a very knowledgeable bloke and he gave me a clue as to why the throttle position sensors are opposite. It’s so the corresponding ECU knows which bank it is controlling! Very simple. I’m sure if I got an ECU pin out, the TPS outputs would be in different pins to correspond with the correct bank. Quite clever.

Up-date on the F355, red/tan, Aus delivered, Manual.
New air flow meters fitted. 2 x new throttle position sensors. 2 x new temp sensors.
And I still have a flutter/misfire at low rpm. Farrk it, I’d better start testing things.
Remove ECU’s and strip them down. Low and behold, I find one of the ground pins on the Left bank ECU has had a bad connection. Clean pin and replace plug terminal. Further check found another harness plug with a terminal backed out of the plug. This was also a ground circuit. Repair that and BINGO it drives like it’s brand new...........for a day. Farkin thing decides to start running lean as a bastard on the Left bank. Check both O2 sensors and RH bank is cycling .2 to .8 v nicely.
LH bank sitting on .9v constant. Tap the sensor and the voltage drops to .5v but still doesn’t cycle. Hmmm. I wonder what’s wrong.
