Found this story online. I appears Giacomo recognizes his child from his marriage to Enzo's granddaughter, Antonella Ferrari, but not his daughter from his marriage to Alexandra Warren:

Alexandra Warren, estranged wife of Giacomo Mattioli, owner of the world’s largest Ferrari dealership in Beverly Hills, CA. has demanded a retraction from the Huffington Post.
Warren, represented by Los Angeles law firm Trope and Trope LLP, issued the demand to the Huffington Post, citing “false and misleading” statements that appeared in an online article in the publication on May 30, 2012 by Post reporter Jay Weston.
In the article, Weston describes Beverly Hills Ferrari/Maserati President Giacomo Mattioli as a “good friend” and calls him “one of the most eligible bachelors in all of Los Angeles.” In reality, Mr. Mattioli has been legally married to Warren since 2000. The two are currently engaged in an expensive, high-profile divorce.
Warren, a film producer and humanitarian, recently produced the movie “Losing The West,” She financed a humanitarian mission to Haiti after the earthquake in 2010. She paid for a chartered private jet with six doctors and was on the ground with the team while doctors treated the injured.
In their letter to Huffington Post, the law firm Trope and Trope, also claims Mattioli misrepresented himself as having two children, when, in fact, he has three, including an 11-year-old daughter, Ariana, from the Warren-Mattioli marriage. Warren said, "There is reason for serious concern when an eleven year old girl who has lived through a near three year custody battle, stumbles over an internet article in which her father does not recognize her existence yet is proud to discuss his other children. "Warren and Mattioli have been locked in a bitter, three-year divorce battle over an estate valued well over $100 million. The estate includes the largest Ferrari dealership in the world, Beverly Hills Ferrari. Legal fees to date have exceeded $3 million.
