    Hi anyone know if it’s possible to fit a Ghost ii immobiliser to a 458. The website mentions a 2008 California but not a 458.

    It’s an immobiliser that requires a sequence of button presses to deactivate.

    Not sure if it’s available in the UK

    FWIW, I looked at this. There's an alternative which is UK made. CAN-PHANTOM.

    I asked them about 458, F12 and 296.

    They said they can all be done but would send their own factory master installer to do them who can make firmware changes as required.

    Circa £1500 for the three.

    Very similar to Ghost but can be self-managed through a web server from phone or PC/Mac browser.

    Thanks. Will look them up. So far the Ghost seems not possible for the 458.

    You're welcome. Please post your findings. I'm still on the fence.

    For a single install on a Range Rover they quoted £600.

    It seems that the Pandora alarm also does the PIN button press thing. Many other options too though the whole model/option thing is a bit confusing.
