Such a precarious thing to do, taking a pristine Italian car to Atlanta of all places. With six random car-jackings and killings almost every night in the Fulton and Dekalb area, it must be like a combat zone. Certainly, a display of wealth and power to display an Italian work of art in a city over-run with homeless families, and a violent and confused drug/alcohol syndrome population. How is it done? Do you bring a valet, a bodyguard, soldiers? genuinely curious.

Sorry about missing Cars & Coffee, but as this Georgia Tech show marked the 20th anniversary of my first car show with the 328, I felt an obligation to go, and it was a blast. We had two Ferraris there, and as you can see, I was parked next to a lovely 1966 Fiat 1500 coupe, a body style which the owner said was never imported to the U.S. And Ed Bolian was there with his Lamborghini in a color I had never seen before, Verde Draco.

The roads are so horrible around Tech... not a place I'd drive my suv vs the Ferrari.... pot holes on Northside that will rip your wheel off... safe driving!

I-75 to 14th St to State St led to the show site - no pothole problems.

I believe that Enzo said, "My cars are meant to be driven!" and I'm glad to follow that principle, at least on occasion.
