Agreed on the good add—- bookmarked if I ever sell mine.... after my read I felt like I visited the car!
125,500 with the BAT fee, I have seen a few mid mileage gated cars go for 100ish, this is a good red/tan example to look at, have not seen that combo in strong #2 condition in a while. I am thinking that the strong gated 430 market at 200k+ trickles down to gated 360 market, two rare birds, one a little more rare than the other. As I understand it only 670 gated 360 US spiders were ever produced, half being Rosso. I am sure that the 75,000 dollar gap will close over the coming years.
To put things in perspective I bought a 2002 gated Modena, one owner with 5000 original miles in July of this year. TDF blue/Bordeaux, Daytona seats, red calipers, leather head liner and Bordeaux upper dash. All records from day one, window sticker, etc. Even the tires are original! paid $130,000. why wld the 430 trickle down? there are far fewer 430 sticks than 360. i dont see the gap closing as the 430 is the better car. i personally think the 360 is prettier but outside of that the 430 is stronger all all fronts.
I drive it occasionally. I purchased brand new ball polished 19” 430 wheels and PS 4S tires. Will install them in the spring and save the original wheels/tires .
Very nice 360! Is this the one from Marino Performance Motors in FL? Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
I did purchase this car from Marino Performance in West Palm. I think they were asking 135K. I had a good friend in Florida who knows these cars well do the PPI. He knows how particular I am and recommended the purchase. It really is essentially perfect. I felt that the colors alone were worth at least 10k. Healthy holidays to all
Great color combo, congrats on the purchase, I take mine out on every nice day that I can, 15 minute warm up to get temps up and then get into the 6-7000 rpm range on some good roads nearby, doing my best Senna imitation. These cars are not getting less rare, great examples will always bring the money. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I will be putting 19” wheels on mine in the spring. Your car is lovely. Can’t go wrong with RED! Enjoy the holiday
Thanks for the compliment, I have the original starfish wheels with original tires stored, alone with the factory exhaust, all I upgraded so far was a Tubi exhaust, sooo worth it, engine has an entirely different personality and 3M wrap on the front end, rockers and mirrors. My old 430 picked up quite a few tiny rock chips on the hood, so I decided wrap the 360, and the peace of mind is great, want to preserve the beautiful original paint. 8900 miles so far, maybe 500-1000 per year going forward, lots of smiles per mile!
Not sure if the 430 prices will come in a bit maybe 5% down, seems a little overheated, Scuderia prices less than a manual 430? Sounds crazy, reinforces the desire to get a gated Fcar long-term, just never clear on the production numbers US of 430s I heard 900 coupe 900 spider but I think that’s worldwide production. I’m thinking that the market will stabilize on 360 gated and head north toward 430gated prices but maybe at a $40-50,000 discount, we’ll see over time.
As I said I have new factory 430 19” polished wheels. They look somewhat like yours. Never bought my car for investment-just like it! s
