If you could choose older games to remake with current technology, what would they be. Project Gotham Racing 2 - Best cities, best cars, using current graphics and physics, it would be incredible. GTA Vice City - Still the best of the series, again with the new physics and graphics it would wipe the floor with GTA IV.
So long as they include airplanes and not the stupid bi-plane Okay I'll post it... Final Fantasy VII Zelda A Link to the Past Madden 2000. Leave the gameplay the same just change the graphics
NFS Porsche Unleashed Earthworm Jim 2 Duke Nukem Fornever Halo 1, 2 X Wing/ Tie Fighter / ~and X Wing Alliance Final Fantasy 3 I'll have to disagree about PGR2, as the physics that were in it were just "right" at the time. The online community made it fun; as well as the ease of navigation through the online mess that the later series became. I also wouldn't want a remake until the 3d display technology is consumer viable
Porsche Unleashed (scratch that - Ferrari Unleashed) would be incredible. I haven't played PGR2 in years so I don't remember the physics that much, but I do have a copy on its way.
Most of the old school games i've downloaded on Xbox (scrabble, space invaders, contra, R-type) have and original version and an enhanced version. I'm happy with the enhanced versions as updates to these classics.
red storm rising syndicate xcom ufo defense tie fighter/wing commander would be excellent space combat remakes.
I couldn't care less about graphics or anything like that, I could play Vice City all day but I get bored with GTA IV after ten minutes.
I'm a fan of IV, but there is still something about Vice City that I love. It was the first GTA I actually purchased, and I played through it several times.
A version of Wing Commander has been made for the PSP. Don't know if it's a new or updated version though.
NFS 1 with Coastal track was awesome. NBA Jam was great fun. Command and Conquer. EarthWorm Jim. Golden Axe was awesome with a friend. 355 Challenge.
The bond one was great. I remember I got the game system for Christmas and I had nothing to do for like a week afterwords and I just played the game until my hands hurt. Man that was a great game.
I would go for Wolfenstein. That was my first real game I was "allowed" to play from my parents when I was 6
