Can anyone identify for me which fuse number per the owners manual (see pics attached) operate the backlighting for the dash (tach and speedo) as well as the Spot Light? The Guage needles eluminate but not the faces. And the Interior Roof Light works but the Spot light does not (the bulb is good). Thank you for the help. Can you confirm that your (exterior) sidelights are working and the "sidelight on" symbol is illuminating on your dash?

There is no specific fuse for instrument cluster lighting. The instrument lighting uses instrument cluster general power (ignition key and live battery power). The internal lighting is triggered by an earth (ground) on a pin on one of the instrument cluster backplugs. When you put on your sidelights using the column stalk switch, this puts an earth on the pin. An earth on the pin also illuminates the sidelight symbol.

If the sidelight symbol is illuminating, then most likely there is an instrument cluster internal fault (a known problem). Some folks on the forum may be able to help with the repair of the cluster.

The spotlight is a different issue. Your spotlight, interior light and clock (on the Modena) all use the same power, so it sounds like you have a light module internal problem. Perhaps the switch is faulty. Check the wiring inside the light assembly. The red wire is live battery power.

Try cleaning the switch contacts. They don't look too difficult to get to.

Thank you for the insights. The side lights and symbol are working. Do you have to remove the dash to get to the instrument back light?

You'll have to remove the instrument binnacle, not the whole dash. It's not a matter of changing bulbs, but changing either the electroluminescent panel or fixing the power supply. See this thread:

The forum should have plenty of message threads on how to remove the binnacle
