MarkPDX would have that thing wound up so tightly that the needle would turn into a small fan when the car is turned off.

Peter, even in Sweden, Im pretty confident that right and left are the same as the USA. The PWR % gauge is lower left brother. :)

Actually you'd probably see that hit 100% a bit if you wanted to - it probably just shows where you are on the powerband, which might just me a certain RPM level and not speed.

Power reserve gauges are nothing new on bespoke cars.

I could be totally wrong, just guessing here, but I saw a new Rolls-Royce that had a power guage and it was the fual guage. As big as that thing is though, I'm probably wrong. I can't imagine anyone making a fuel guage that big. Then again, with almost 1000 hp, it could prove to be necessary.

    Maybe...

It's just a quirky guage that shows... how much power the engine is putting down...

100% is what the engine puts down in optimal conditions (cold air, warm oil, no problems), on the peak of the powerband... Maybe it's just an efficiency guage.

I'd imagine if it was very hot outside you wouldn't be hitting 100% "power"..

Maybe it lets you know if there's any problems with the engine, or drivetrain. A dip in power could be the result of something like a worn out turbo?

I'd imagine above ~80mph with awd it could put down the power w/o lighting the tyres. Just give me the keys.

A power reserve gauge ... they should have shown only the 90-100% part! :D
