    Good day members.
I am looking to buy a used modern Ferrari so would be very appreciative if the above query could kindly be answered. If it is indeed offered, what do I need to be careful around/ aware of in the configuration of the car please?
Having used this function for the last 12 years, I am just at a point in time now that going back to a more regular assistance system would, let's just say, take some serious determined effort. I do not enjoy driving in traffic or consider myself patient enough, and prefer the car to handle that task for me.
Thanking you in advance for your responses.
    Regards to all.

The answer is no. Ferrari makes cars for people that want to drive.
They are so embarrassed about having cruise control on their cars that they call it "Pit Speed"
You are not a Ferrari driver, now go away.

Whenever I have to perform such boring trip, I take the Toyota of the lady...

Ferrari are not meant to suit all driving styles and all driving conditions. There are some more appropriate options for trafic jams.

Legend has it that Enzo Ferrari maintained the road car program purely to fund their racing program and that with a Ferrari engine, maybe the car comes free.
I can understand that with such a distilled ethos, catering to modern legislated requirements would be such a pain and inconvenience to the firm.

That would perhaps be from the time that ESC/P, TC, airbags got mandated, to the modern-day legislated requirements of AEB and reversing/rear view camera systems, emission controls EU6+. I believe the list is endless and has always been evolving.

To their engineering decisions around the F1 automated clutch, F1 DCT transmissions and eventual ditching of any manual transmission option, to the modern multimode manettino Driver Assist Systems.

I can only wait for the absolute design win of the haptic touch controls to find their way into LH44 and CL16’s 26 regulations cars, because they must be so effective i/o using knobs, buttons, switches and that iconic manettino dial @ 200mph.

I don’t think it’s complete heresy for someone not wanting to feel disgruntled in any manner whatsoever in their prized Ferrari especially/even in bumper-to-bumper traffic conditions given the state of technology we are surrounded with.

In a city environment surrounded with draconian policing laws in a civilised society, there is no legal mechanism of enjoying exotics in any case. A punter trying to maintain possession of their extreme machine in such circumstances is not unreasonable if it takes certain driver assist mechanisms to do so.

My current and previous Audis, BMWs and Mercs suffice for the purpose, however Ferrari introducing a similar feature set, piqued interest.

The question only ever arose in the first place because Ferrari offer the ADAS feature now. I would be well pleased if the car just came to a complete stop on its own when following another vehicle that had also stopped in regular conditions. More than happy to step on the gas at any given opportunity to set off again. And am certainly capable enough of handling a steering wheel so have no interest in any self-steer capability.

Ughh, Just give me an F40. No power steering, no power brakes, no ABS, no radio, no traction control.
All the driver's aids are your feet and hands.
