THIS IS A LETTER FROM BILL NUCCIO, SR., PRESIDENT OF FOX VALLEY MOTORCARS AND LAMBORGHINI CHICAGO

    To all my friends,

We are excited and proud to announce that in June, Fox Valley Motorcars moved into to its sister store, Lamborghini Chicago, located at 209 E. Ogden Avenue in Westmont, Illinois. This move brought our experienced staff and additional inventory to a world class facility while sharing the same passion and knowledge of the brand with our clients.

We are also pleased that many familiar faces joined us. Our experienced sales staff of Bill Nuccio, Jr., Tony Nuccio, Rick Schneider and Joe Suba, along with John Nichols, our parts manager and T.J. Waszak, our master Lotus technician will continue providing first-class dedication and service for all of your luxury automobile needs.

The name and identity of Fox Valley Motorcars will be moving over to Lamborghini Chicago. However, there is no definitive answer right now of “what we’re going to call ourselves”. Prior to opening Lamborghini Chicago in Westmont last January 2007, we always were regarded as “Fox Valley Motorcars and Lamborghini Chicago”. For the short time being, and until things settle in, we’ll be referred to as both companies (Fox Valley Motorcars and Lamborghini Chicago). We’ll have the best of the best staff and will still keep the same FVMC logo, same web address, same email addresses. The only thing different will be the location address and telephone number (630) 654-9000!

There really is no answer right now regarding the “official” name of the dealership. Because of our history, some staff and customers will call us Fox Valley Motorcars. Some will call us Lamborghini Chicago. “Lotus Chicago or Lotus of Chicago”? Well, there is a possibility of naming it that, too. However, there is no definitive answer right now. Right now, our priority is to move service, parts and sales into the new building, with our strong focus on retaining customer service throughout the move (which I know we’ll do). Hey, and if you have a suggestion of a name, just throw it out there! Can you meld Fox Valley Motorcars, Lotus, and Lamborghini Chicago together? It would be interesting to hear what the community has to say about it. You can be serious or you can be funny! Anything to just be a part of this wonderful venture we’re continuing with.

The new location is a much better working environment for everyone, which adds so much excitement. The back service department is air conditioned in the summer, and heated in the winter. This is such a great thing I can’t explain enough.

Although you know who is moving from Fox Valley Motorcars, let me explain to you who they will be joining. Many of you may know Scott Rothermel. He began his career as the sales manager at FVMC in January 2005. He is the sales manager at Lamborghini Chicago, and will be in charge of the entire sales floor in Westmont.

Jim Nuccio is a familiar name you may remember from the FVMC days. As my brother, I have the utmost love and respect for him. But as a salesman, he’s second to none. He’s been with me for over 20 years and has the knowledge and history of cars that is unprecedented.

Danny Baker is a salesman that’s been with us for about 5 months. He came from Lamborghini Houston, and is passionate about exotic and luxury vehicles. Danny is the utmost professional and takes pride in his knowledge of all brands and is truly there for the customer. He’s proven to be a winner and will also be an integral part in events and promotional opportunities.

Tim Kalvelage may be a name you are not familiar with. He is our Service Manager at Lamborghini Chicago, and will be taking care of all service questions, write-ups, and concerns you may have. Tim’s resume includes Lamborghini, Volvo, Range Rover and more. He’s also into restoring classic cars and is a breath of fresh air. In the 8 months he’s been with us, he’s built a service business on customer satisfaction and loyalty. He understands the commitment to the customer and the honest feedback he can provide. And with TJ and John’s help in service and parts, the three of them will provide the ultimate service that you are to expect.

The two other technicians that TJ will be joining, Bill Sprandel and Joe Glaser, have been with us for over 2 years and both love the environment. Bill Sprandel has been with us from FVMC and is a certified Lamborghini and Lotus technician. He moved to Lamborghini Chicago in January 2007 and is now our chief technician on Lamborghini’s and exotics. Joe Glaser has been with us for 9 months and has been a “quiet giant”, growing within the service department under Bill’s guidance.

Do any of you remember April Runions? She’s been with us for over 5 years and has grown into a parts manager at Lamborghini Chicago. As well, she has been a service writer for a few years. April’s experience with cars, parts, and service will be shared with all of you when additional help is needed.

I know the location of our dealership is a prime location in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. We’re on the key street of Ogden Avenue, right between 294 and 355. This is an easy location to get to no matter where you’re coming from. Well, it’s an “easy” location to get to. However, you can’t hold me to “how long” of a drive it is for you (in mileage, that is). And hopefully many of you will just stop by during the day, or after work, just to check out our inventory, have a drink, and just take in the atmosphere. We want you to bring your families, kids, and friends to see the new store, to see the different variety of exotic and luxury cars, and to feel at home. We want to take you on a personal tour of the dealership. We want you to experience the entire package of being associated with our store and our family! And we want you visiting us just to say “hi”.

And don’t forget Aaron Williams, our custom car hauler! Aaron has been with us for over 12 years, and if you haven’t met Aaron at the dealership, a track event, or during a transport of your car, you need to meet him. He’s the best hauler out there, takes pride in our trucks and trailers, and takes better care of your car as he hauls it.

Better yet, the people that are moving are the key players that will continue with the brand knowledge that you come to expect each and every time you ask a question. We’re in the customer service business, and we will continue to grow and continue to earn your trust in our staff, their skills, and their knowledge.

That’s about it from me. As always, if you have any questions you can direct them to me via email at [email protected]. Or, you can reach me at (630) 654-9000. I look forward to seeing everyone at the new dealership. My door is always open and please don’t hesitate to ever ask for me if you have something on your mind.

    Best regards,
    Bill Nuccio, Sr.

We look forward to seeing you at the new dealership and if you have any questions, comments or concerns, please call me at our new telephone number of (630) 654-9000.
