FOW - experiences over last 4 months

As a first time owner, I had an excellent result from my initial FOW service appointment today. The managment and staff were very helpful and friendly, e.g. encouraged me to look around at the work being done which I enjoyed. The work I had done did not involve any significant repair or maintenance. However, I was pleased with the work they did. They also performed a small adjustment without charge. Important to me, they promised to get me in and out in the morning and they did just that. I was fully satisfied with this experience and will go back for my next service.
