I knew you would like that one.

    How about this one:

"His cause was not helped by having just one run on medium tyres in Q3 because a tyre blanket had ruined the other set.

"We had one new set of tyres we probably would have used in last qualifying but for some freak reason it got burnt in a blanket and destroyed," said Raikkonen."

That sounds a lot more like #2 treatment than a "quote" from Toto saying that Nico will have pressure from Hamilton.

Sounds to me more like a stupid mistake rather than favoritism. Do you really think that Ferrari needs to burn Raikkonens tyres to get Vettel in front of him? Seriously? What did you say about conspiracy crap?

You have to admit that it's a bit interesting. Kimi has had better race pace than Vettel.
Now all of a sudden we have new parts for Vettel and burnt tires for Kimi.
I don't think Kimi has sorted out his qualifying, but he is a huge threat to Vettel if he starts 1-2 positions behind him.

You do not care a lot about facts, do you?
They had new parts for both of them but Raikkonen did not like them so they built the car back to the former specification on his request...So much to your conspiracy theory...

I knew that, but I learned from someone on the forum to leave out a few facts.
It makes the conspiracy sound a lot better.

How about the fact that he had burnt tires for Q3?
I guess that was just a "freak" accident. Hopefully he won't have too many of those.

You should not take the posts of toil and goodspeedxyz to serious ;) Not much to learn from them...
Now you have to play on your own...But at least you just doubled your post count without any content, congratulations...

Thank you. I learned from the best. I want to get to 647 posts without any content. I will probably need to convert to a Vettel fan to achieve that ;)

    Nice job nico.

Looking forward to this one tomorrow.

Kimi yet another let down. He just can never get it right in qualifying.

--Manor: Qualifying they were closer than in practice, at least we have one huge underdog team to follow and not two with Caterham!
--McLaren very slowly improving, so good for them.
--Force India, very quickly doing nothing, not much to cheer about, maybe Mexico will stir things up for Perez.
--Sauber still unsettled, makes it an interesting season, already way ahead of last year
--Lotus amazingly didn't have a Maldonado crash (unless I missed something!)
--Red Bull looking like the Toro Rosso B squad again
--Toro Rosso looking to be rookie heroes, might stay in F1 longer than Red Bull at the rate they are going/whining!
--Williams still perplexing, although again Bottas ahead of Massa, which will have bad luck in the race this time?
--Ferrari still best of the rest, at least getting closer, we can hope for a podium maybe two this race, and still get a crack at another race win this year!
--Mercedes Hey!! Another 1-2, Nico's turn this time!

I'm wondering if Ham is spending too much time enjoying his rock star status. I think it was alluded to that he's been globe trotting hitting all the fancy celeb events. I'm wondering if he had a small lapse of focus. Nico at this point has nothing to lose really. Id almost think he has less pressure than Ham at this point.

Well you still managed to spark a 2 page discussion on absolutely nothing. All based on your own drivel. Yet to see anyone agree with your interpretation of what Toto said (even those usually on your side disagreed with it). Well done.

I'm getting really tired of the McLaren shills.

"They're improving!". What other team ever did they say this about that is a minor miracle to get into the second round? McLaren sucks this year. Just be honest. Leave the cheerleading at home.

Well if Vettel is worth that Hamilton should be getting paid more. But I don't think any driver is worth that amount of money
