    Let's be honest here, Mercedes-AMG, Red Bull, Haas, and even Renault are British teams.
    Their finance and ownership/management are respectively from Germany, Austria, USA, and France.
    All of them are based in UK, staffed mostly by Brits and with British DNA (apart from Haas).
    Only Ferrari and Alpha Tauri (Toro Rosso, Minardi) can pretend to be purely Italian, like Alfa Romeo/Sauber is Swiss.

    So, what is your point?

    Haas British ? purely British ? far from.

    The team is headquartered in Kannapolis, North Carolina – 50 km (31 mi) from Charlotte[2] – alongside sister team and NASCAR entrant Stewart-Haas Racing, though the two teams are separate entities. The team also established a second forward base in Banbury in Oxfordshire for the purpose of turning cars around between races during the European part of the calendar.

    Plus Haas F1 uses a Ferrari engine, gearbox and steering, German dampers from Sachs, English AP racing brakes and clutch, the seats (Sabelt) are Italian, the wheels (OZ racing) Italian, tyres (Pirelli) Italian, the lubricants are from Shell which is Dutch/British.

    And that's just Haas.
