How absurd is this, the tire maker chooses the tires for everyone...a tire maker that is in fact a shareholder of one of the teams....(mercedes) amazing isn't it!!!

 

Maybe Bernie's idea of watering the track was not such a bad idea ...mix it up a bit.

Great isn’t it ? After the 70th Max and Charlie’s tyres look great, Merc are in shreds and on the phone to Pirelli.

The fastest car being hard on its tyres, and the slower cars less so, would make for more interesting racing.
I guess the FIA aren’t in the business of interesting racing?

 

Mercedes has won on 3 tires, its not the tires. Other teams should step their game up like RedBull and stop whining.

Same reason "we" have been since 1950. Getting to see the very best, every team, ply their trade.

 

I'm in favor of using sprinklers and placing sand off track, so that drivers are challenged more on the limit and they will make more mistakes and the mistakes will be punished harder than now.
