Let me just say that I am glad your printer's name is not "cranky"! Though that is what typically comes about after hours in the Fcar. I don't know why as I am usually just itchin' for more... CC
Today was my birthday, so I took the day off, jumped in the Ferrari and did the entire drive. It was a spectacular day. to make things more interesting at the rally, I have some suggestions. Here are some things I was thinking about to make things more interesting. Please give me your thoughts: I think we should break into groups of maybe three or so. The instructions are extremely detailed. I did the drive today without a navigator. Hence, I think we should go into smaller groups than usual so people can spend more time enjoying the scenery and less time looking in the rear view mirror for stragglers. Pick your group wisely for the reasons set forth below...Oh, and if you are in my or Bob's group, you get a +3 miles added to your final tally. So, to get a Gold medal you must... Be the person who braves the elements with the least amenities and the most exposure, and do the rally in as close to the magic 92 mile number as possible To get a silver: Brave the elements with the lease amenities and most exposure To get Bronze Do the rally in as close to the magic 92 mile number as possible Platinum is reserved solely for Mondial owners....My rally my rules I know I am beginning to repeat myself, but PLEASE no speeding or irresponsible driving. There are a lot of leaves on the ground and with rain forecast for tomorrow and possibly Friday, it could make some of the backroads quite slippery. I also noticed that my summer only tires are not performing at their best, which I am sure many of you will also find. To discourage speeders, anyone who arrives at the finish before Bob loses My friend Mike H. designed this rally route. He is a good friend of mine and will be my co-driver at the rally. I want to publicly thank him for taking the time to design such a great drive, and to Bob and Josh for joining us on the maiden trip to make sure it was up to his standards
Can't. Last PSU football game of the year for us. Joe Paterno is going for his 400th win! This would be a great event for the Dino. Sorry!
Hmmm.. And to think I was going to let you switch cars with me for the drive. All I know is that if I was a true Tifosi and had the opportunity to spend an afternoon driving with a 1986 Ferrari Mondial 3.2 Cabriolet or going to some stupid football game, I know exactly where I would go ....to the football game Unless you are me. and you can never be me. You don't have the red shoes.
ANNOUNCEMENT: I talked to my partner and he has agreed to allow our firm to host and sponsor the rally. As I previously indicated, I would like to tie this rally to the fight against Cancer. Accordingly, to make things interesting, we will donate $50.00 (up to $500.00) for every car that completes the rally within 5 miles of the target distance of 92 miles (For purposes of our donations, there will be no mileage additions if you are in Bob or my group). Any donations you would like to make would be appreciated but are, of course, completely voluntary. Any checks should be written to the National Cancer Institute. Look forward to seeing you Saturday! GO TEAM NAST
Very nice of you and your firm. A great cause and we will bring a check also. Since Platinum is off the table, I may go top up and heat and shoot for Bronze.
NO BRONZE FOR YOU. Look, I am just looking out for our good buddy Joe Mac on this one. As you know, the male anatomy undergoes certain changes as temperatures decrease. Although I haven't expressed this before, we are also doing this rally so, for one day, Joe Mac does not have the smallest balls in the room. Do i think it is possible that cold air alone will equalize the playing field...of course not, but he doesn't need to know that. It's all about him having one day where he is not self conscious about his "situation." Do you really want to deprive his frail ego of a much needed boost. The man is one step away from having a v agina for goodness sake. Have a heart man!
This is something best left unsaid. It's all about brotherhood. Er... well... Lets just go with, "This is something best left unsaid." DM
After my wife took mine, I guess Joe saw someone he could identify with, broke down and confessed his insecurity. As I told him, better to have small balls than no balls at all. I have not seen mine for a few years now, but the wife sends me photos of them in exotic locations. My balls have been to Spain for the running of the bulls, to Guam, Maui, you name it. Me, I am more of a homebody, but apparently my balls are having a blast.
Well, with Christmas right around the corner, I thought I would buy you something to make using the bathroom a little easier
