'been to Milan, no FF's there',, just the Usual stuff',, The Ferrari FF' should find a take in the market, as a new and novel, item, The interior space is probably best described as a reference to the limited '911'/'996' p-car, and as ever, Ferrrari goes lighter , further', and at better 'speed's than the rest,. Even if the concept off' a 'hatch' F-car, is challenging, still, the 'possibility'/capacity, of loading just the small kids, and the wife',, into a de Luxe car, is as easily referenced as to the '30'ies 'Woodie's ',, ,, no pun,, like putting a surfboard, a fridge, and all of the household participants, in One' vehicle, and setting off. In the lesser known realms of Danish car' 'production'/adaptations, there was a 'Camper Car' provision, in the tax'es', - installing a Kitchenette', and a standard Cooler', plus a raisable Roof section, on utility standard Land Rover's and the like, allowed for a 20-5'0 %% tax break, still allowing 'full' speed capacity of the modified car's. Pretty formal, and complicated, system, 'The Jungle of Administration', or 'Elasticband Theory', what ever, but it sold some 100-200 such cars, to the auto 'starving' population. Also Chevrolet's, Camaro's and T-Am's, were registred on 'crafts' plates, (Yellow/Orange, Black text's), since the rear window ('il lunotto'), was modified to be 'flexible' and some other legal stuff, so it measured in, into the formula's of pick-up truck's/cargo van's,.. . Only 70 - 90 such cars. A porsche 928, was handbuilt, in an 'anarchist' shop, , with foot plate stainless steel load space, open pick-up truck style, instead of the rear passenger's seat,.. Also, a 'liner' boat type wooden rail, in even 'Mahogany' or so, as a finishing touch,.. The car sold at a say 35 % less cash price, even with all of the Shop hours included, from new, and is now, and still, 'lingering' in the Street's of Copenhagen, in a slight state of decay. The crash test was deemed to be valid for the original front of the modified car, as all of the modification's were 'heavy'/solid materials added, and highway speeds testing wasn't an issue. Like in Sweden, some old style Ranchero's and El Camino's have been shortened', some 20-30 centimeter's, also in shops or garages, privately, to add 'personality', not to evade tax'es. These pick-up's/on passenger car style chassis's, were on 'crafts' plates, also,.. 30 % tax' ),. Only !!,.. Still think the FF could be marketed as a 'Minus 12 kilo's' each , new chassis, at a 'projiection' of weight of just '987' kilo's,, ,. The 12 kilo's taken out from the direction-change' sensible front end of things, and everythinq else', beeing in their else' normal place'. Therefore, it will not 'dart' z around, , but the Owner's, prospective', can just travel at a lighter pace, or go as far as to top up a 'Larger' tank, , - cruising' 100 k' s longer or so,..,. . per Tank. Saw I think the first production item, in a grey'ish White, looked pretty much the same as the notion of a standard '550' '575' 'SuperAmerica' front, end. Width allowing, it's still a 'choice' to take the Ferrari, of an FF' sort's type, in the narrow tracts of say Cuneo to 'Nice, france, tunnel, or to Livigno, - it's an High Way, kind of car',. Putting on a Roof Box, even in the Garage could prove fatal,,.. . Ciaoùùùùùùùùùùùùùùh', as they say in Salento/Lecce',,.. Sòren. tjut, tjut, tjut, tjut, tjut ! (the Modena park 'model'/'marketing dirctor's' garden train is in function, ).
The 12 cylinder 4 seat coupe has been their poorest selling model in the Ferrari line up. Most who have seen the FF don't like it. I saw the car last month and i think it is URGLY.
a personal view, as to lines and facia, I like it, as it has long, straight lines, and the luggage room,. the v12 is probably, even, better, now, since it's the newest,. a 'small' sales numbers, does nothing in appreciation, of tech and style, it is the individual's choice, and selection, a golfer would enjoy the two bags up space, and even some, more,.
