I had it done on one of my cars. The car looked good after, but it was also a three day paint prep. As far as longevity and self healing, IMO it's snake oil. Sure it lasts longer than wax, but it's still just a wipe on coating.
I did my 360 with Kamikaze ISM coat. Recommended by Esoteric so I tried it. Preceded by a two stage paint correction. Results were fantastic. Has lasted almost three years and still looks like the best wax job ever. Not a magic protectant by any means. The fine scratches and swirls still occur, so am prepping to remove and re-coat soon. I'll use Kamikaze again. There are some very good videos on the Esoteric web site. Good place to start looking.
Isn’t the Feynlab coating supposed to be “self healing” to reduce light swirls and holograms? A guy was just telling me about it the other day.
feynlab has several levels of coatings. low end does not self heal, only the more expensive levels do.
