I recently bought a 458 Spider and am registered for the event - being a rookie at this event, I just did display only (no judging). I was there as a spectator last year. Does anyone know if you have to be with Ferrari Club of America to be staged in the secure square lawn area as pictured above? I've been meaning to look into joining the club anyway...thanks!

Last year, Ferrari was the feature/celebrated manufacturer of the event. All Ferrari owners were presented a Prancing Horse.

This year, I heard mention of Lamborghini and McLaren. More than likely the square will be fill with those.
    We will bring our 650S

Nice shot of a P4. Genuine or reproduction? V-12 powered?

Given the GA tag, I assume that’s it’s a reproduction.

I think it belongs to Alan Barge = who lives here in Atlanta. He's a member up at AMP... I'll ping him and validate. Looks like its a Norwood P3... beautiful car. Most likely using a 550 engine or 458 engine... likely the same or more power than the original. the wheels and wheel base are very good... this is a well done replica. It is clearly not an original one. only 3 exist, ( 2 ) if you ask Massini... and they are all accounted for.

The new radiator and fans that were visible were also a giveaway.

Yep.. I confirmed that the car belongs to Alan Barge, he's one of our board members at AMP, he owns Aero Systems that make jet bridges for airlines. very good guy, likes to race and track a lot. I've invited him to one of our gatherings lets see if he shows up. Its a Norwood p4 ... it is beautiful!

Interesting. The one that was at the Roswell show had a 360 Challenge engine. (That's right, a V-8.)

From the picture you posted - or someone posted that is not a p3 - more like a Dino sp... but it is not a solid replica in terms of proportions. the P2 sports prototypes of the day kind of have that same size and look . the Norwood P3 starts off with a faithful tub and tube frame, custom uprights, etc... while the engine is a Ferrari - I'm thinking 550... the rest is fresh fabrication... from the p3 owned by David Piper.
