    Not an "official" Ferrari watch. This same company also made Porsche, Alfa Romeo, Mercedes, and a few other brands. Same style. They are all fairly attractive and very inexpensive.

    I would say if you like it, keep it. Inexpensive watches are "fashion" watches, so who cares if they are officially sanctioned or not. Wear what you like.

    If it were one of the expensive mechanical Swiss watches (Girard Perregaux, Panerai or Hublot) that Ferrari sanctioned (or one of the one-off watches Enzo gave as gifts) it would be a different matter.
