Hello Does anyone have a source for a testarossa rear spoiler? Image Unavailable, Please Login Something like the picture or similar to F40 Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat
Not easy to open that engine bonnet Those C-pillars look more TR than 512TR -- is that just an artist's rendering or a real car?
Steve- Looks like she would have about 1" ground clearance F&R and that much negative camber would wear out tires in a few hundred miles. Has to be a rendering. Here at least is a real TR, but no telling who did the work. Image Unavailable, Please Login
That looks way more practical (if the spoiler is part of the engine bonnet as that seam line at the base of the spoiler implies). Some serious body work on that with the added scoops on the C-pillars and the top of the rear wings. However, I wonder if the air enters those shortened side strakes very well -- the GBProgetti book has an interesting technical description how they started with some good-looking smallish NACA ducts (ala BB), then realized that they had to have a much larger opening, and then had to add the vertical turning vane to really get the air to go in to the radiators rather than just going past on the outside of the coachwork.
Almost certain that's a Koenig modified car. Edit, yep: https://www.classicdriver.com/en/article/cars/ferrari-testarossa-koenig-competition-king-neighbourhood
