Saw a yellow 355 on Battleground Ave in Greensboro about 8:30 Saturday.
Spotted a Aston Martin DB9 silver, going west on Rt64 at the Rt 33 exit for Greenville. I was headed east, going to Cyprus Landing for the weekend. Robert
Sure it wasn't a Vanquish? There's a guy who lives right by there who has one. Also, do you wanna join us for the FCA-NC get together at Beaufort Aug 17-19? See details in the NC/SC section. Marc
Marc, Probably was a Vanquish, I have no idea when it comes to AM!!!!! LOL!! I was in Greenville Friday night with the parents at the Red Lobster, man that area is crazy on Friday nights!! People have to be the worst drivers around here!! Might be a plan for the gathering, I was going to tell you they have one in Richmond in Sept if you are interested. Check the mid-atlantic section, under "classic on the James". Robert
bright green/black kinda looks like the incredible hulk hahaha odd color, but I like it. Looks just like the one in this video: http://videos.g33kd.net/[email protected]
Went on a ride in Matt's F355 Spider today. We went up to European Performance and Motorcar Investments where they had a DB9 convertible that has been sold. I believe there was a 964 Turbo in black right when we got there but it left before I got to take a good look at it. Also saw a red Maserati GS 2+2 last night in downtown Raleigh. I saw a silver 360 Spider driving down Sharon here in Charlotte the other day with THE HOOD OPEN! Yikes!
That sounds very similar to the silver 360 Spider I saw up here in Raleigh on the side of the road with the engine cover open. The second time I drove by it looked like there was a guy in an STi who was helping him out. They were literally 200 ft. from European Performance.
Silver 360 Spyder parked on 24-1/2 Street in Winston-Salem, just west of Univ Pkwy. If you know the address, you might wonder about this one.
Haha, Greenville drivers SUCK, well most of them do anyways... I try to avoid the traffic as much as possible, and Red Lobster waiting is rediculous, everytime I go in there it is a 45-60 minute wait.
Black Porsche GT3 on I-40 this morning, east of I-95. What a amazingly beautiful piece of rolling art!!
I went to Kill devil Hills NC at the Outer Banks on Wednesday to see my ole HS buddy which he is a comedian now. He's on tour with David Beck at this moment. Anyways I went to Walmart to grab some stuff quick and noticed this car. It's not a Ferrari but its a Morgan which looked very nice. By the time I got finished taking this particular pic I saw about 15 others standing around looking at it too. Does anyone know what model it is?? Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hard to say, but it looks to me like a '60s +4. Here's a pic of my +8. Notice the lower radiator cowling allowed by the fact that the V8 isn't as tall as the straight 4 2L Triumph engine in the +4. The 4/4, which had a smaller 1600 Ford 4-cylinder, also had the lower cowling, but not too many of them made it these shores. Image Unavailable, Please Login
This is Tom C's +4 (to Super Sport specs). He has a great story how he came to own it. He races a Mini Cooper, too.
My dad used to have a 50's Morgan when I was in high school. I think it is actually in some museum in Colorado now. We never did see any signs of termite damage though.
I saw a 996 Twin Turbo (Yellow) that coward from a new M6 and a CLS55 (?) AMG like a *****....Ample opportunity to display I might add......Explain your self....
